Yes. Safety is our first promise: certified activity operators, safety gear and briefings on every activity, NTSA-compliant insured vehicles and professional drivers. Guides accompany every group.
Light rain rarely stops the fun (honestly, mud runs get better). If weather makes an activity unsafe, operators pause or substitute it. If a full trip must be postponed, your booking rolls over to the new date at no cost.
Deposits secure your slot and trip logistics. If you cancel 7 or more days before the trip, your deposit transfers to a future trip. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you can transfer your slot to a friend. Just tell us their name.
Most trips are designed for ages 12+. Some activities have height and weight requirements set by the activity operators. Message us on WhatsApp with ages and we’ll advise per trip.
Personal snacks and drinks beyond what’s listed, personal shopping, and any optional add-on activities at the venue. Everything on the trip poster is included in the price.
Send your deposit to Pochi la Biashara 0713487942 (Safa Masafa Adventures), then send us the confirmation message on WhatsApp. The balance is payable before or on the trip day.
